Randy Travis’s blood alcohol results have been released following his traffic accident in Texas back in August.
The test results show that Travis was intoxicated when he was found naked in his vehicle. Travis’ BAC was 0.15. Joe Brown, who is the Grayson County District Attorney, said that Travis was formally charged on Wednesday, January 9, with driving while intoxicated.
Travis was initially freed on bond following the incident on August 7 near Tioga, which is about 60 miles north of Dallas; however Travis could still face retaliation charges for allegedly threatening officers.
Travis’s attorney has not responded to press queries regarding the DWI revelation.
